Today I am selling an original German EAGLE BADGE from WW2 era. It is LARGE SIZE eagle badge with Iron Cross on the breast, designed for WW1 veterans. The badge is made of aluminum. It is in very good / mint  condition. There is a thin round horizontal pin and a catch on the reverse side. It is badge designed to wear on the breast of German veterans uniform.

In 1938 the German veterans organisation DRKB was renamed NS-RKB Nationalsozialistische-Reichskriegerbund (National Socialist State Soldiers League) by the NSDAP and amalgamated with most of the earlier veterans associations into one national organization. In 1938 the new pattern of national eagle was introduced for wear on the breast and the visor cap. The new eagle was very similar to the earlir but had the eagle facing to its left as opposed to the right facing eagle. The eagle has Iron Cross on the breast.
