It is made of metal (aluminum?) with maker mark on the reverse side: “RZM M1/35” maker: M1/35 Wachtler & Lange, Mittweida. Size: 21.7mm x 13.6mm. Weight: 1.2g. It is genuine HJ (HitlerJugend) miniature metal badge from WW2 era. The condition and all details you will find in the pictures. It is genuine old German badge in good used condition.
