I am selling an ORIGINAL GERMAN IRON CROSS (Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse) from WW1 era. NO ribbon. There is maker mark on the loop: “CD 800.”. It was made by the firm of Carl Dillenius with the manufaturer’s hallmark “CD” on the suspension ring. Rare. The center is made of iron (magnetic) and black painted, the frame is solid silver – “800”. Size: 43.2mm x 43.2mm. Weight of Cross – 18.5g. This Cross would look good in any collection. It is genuine old item from WW1 in good used condition. It is original WW1 IRON CROSS with maker mark on the suspension ring and solid silver frame.
