Today I am selling an original metal LION’S HEAD from Napoleonic Wars era. It is made of brass. It is battlefield relic – metal detecting find. SIZE: 32.4mm x 29mm. I did not find any maker marks on the reverse side. It is in used condition – please remember – it was in the ground over 200 years! I think it was fixed to the cavalry soldier’s cap. In Lions mouth held the ends of a small chainfor a small pin. The condition and all details you will find in the pictures. 100% genuine item from early 19th Century.
